Last night at dinner, when a couple of the educators were surprised I used Facebook to share professionally in the way I do... I responded that I feel it is a great vehicle for forming a tribal community to share, modify and make our own thoughts, strategies and notions shared.. Our hours are short in a day, and we are not able to gather and reflect with one another.. One individuals words, is anothers creation and design to also put out there! I want to thank Emily and Noah Butler for their continued effort and actually, stepping outside the box with their instruction !! Today I watched both of these teachers sine in their instruction... I learned from them!! We are studying cause and effect in reading as a target skill and Emily expanded on my in put and created excitement in one of her students minds... he was ready to write an entire story based on cause and effect... Noah affirmed what was going well and right today and gathered engagement like I have never seen before!! We co-taught long division and explored strategies, modeled and had fun!! Thank you Fox Hill Elementary School!!
