Last night at the AJLI Conference in St. Louis, JLA was awarded the 2014 Association of Junior Leagues International Membership Development Award for our 2012-13 membership strategies. Our President Elect, Jeannie Deakyne, along with Emily Swanson are bringing back our award to Arlington! Based on the work we have done redesigning our Provisional Program in 2012, implemented our Emerging Leaders Institute, and launched the campaign to appreciate our members through letters, emails and LinkedIn recommendations we were given this thrilling acknowledgement of our leagues hard work. A big THANK you goes to all of our members who have been a part of this program.
