Last night before bed, Connor told me that he wanted to wear his work hat to bed. I told him that it would be uncomfortable to sleep in, but he td me that he wanted to work like daddy. I couldnt say no. I sent Alex a picture and told him all about it. So, this morning Connor and I woke up to a sweet reminder as to why we are so lucky to have Alex! Connor went looking for Snickers the elf, which lately is something that mommy takes care of before he gets up. But this morning we found snickers tucked into bed with a note to us saying how much Alex loved and missed us. This man came home, slept for 3 hours and still managed to make us feel special. We love you Alex and are so proud to call you ours!
