Last night i took a brief time out to make a decision based on certain friends and their position on my supporting the Peoples Partnership based on any position or opinion that they might have, and this is what i have arrived at: As of today, i will not be engaging anyone elses negative posts about the government, will not try to provide information, will not try to change opinions, but i will not be allowing any anti-government posts on my wall or in any group under my authority. My positions will be based on my opinions and knowledge and will be shared with all, noxious and poisonous rhetoric will be removed, vile haters and venom spewers will as well. From where i sit i have the benefit of a lot of information on which i have made my choices and i defend them to the end with everything that is within me, you are free to use whatever you use to arrive at yours. This Peoples Partnership Government may not be perfect but they are without question the best government we have ever had when it comes to delivery of services and sharing of the national pie with the people. I find it hilarious that many people seem to be looking amidst the politicians for role models and morality guides as that has never been the role of politicians in this country and it is beyond hypocritical to hold THIS government to a standard we did not hold the last one to. I would like to suggest that you turn to government for governance, and for your role model needs find a more appropriate venue or in a pinch, rent a copy of little House on the Prairie. EITHER WAY, from today this wall and any other wall under my control will be about love, deliverables and good governance. Anyone having a problem with that are free to beat up, break dance and fume, but do it on your own wall in your conversations on your time. Thank you.
