Last night little Joyce and Sebastian returned to Tanzania following their successful heart surgery in Israel. They were accompanied some of the way by Simon Fisher, our Executive Director, Dr Lior Sasson, Head of the Cardiac Surgery Department at Wolfson Medical Center and cardiologist Dr. Sagi Assa as well as Brussels Airlines Israel manager Roby Herskowicz. We presented the wonderful team at Brussels Airlines with a certificate to thank them for their generous partnership which has helped save many children from Africa by providing free flights to Israel for their heart surgery as well as transporting medical equipment to Africa for no fee. #thankyou
