Last night my grandson spend the night. This morning I thought I would go get him some breakfast from McDonalds. Stopped at the one on 19th and the Loop here in Lubbock. When I pulled up the order taker seemed like she was yelling. I ordered and while at the order spot I noticed she got the order wrong I called her to tell her. She started yelling at me that I could correct it at the window. The problem was not correcting the order at the window but her yelling at me. When I got my order I spoke to the manager but as most of us know we know how that will end. Also instead of putting the order in a sack she just sort of threw it in and got stuff really missed up. This was the worst service I have ever gotten at a Micky Ds. Just wanted to vent the day will get better.
