Last night my wife and I had an unbelievable witnessing encounter! We went to a random hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurant and after eating our delicious meal, began to share the Gospel with the owner. He was a very friendly and humble man and was very interested to hear about the Gospel. He told us how some Jehovahs Witnesses have been coming to his house and have been teaching the Bible to his family and he told us he has been wanting to know if they were from God because he felt something was off about them. Amazed at Gods perfect timing in bringing us to him, we shared the Truth with him and pleaded with him to not let them into house and teach his family any longer. I told him that if I placed a little bit of poison in the food at his restaraunt, then my whole meal would be ruined and I would be very sick. The same is true with the Truth. A little bit of deception will kill a person. The enemy always comes along with deception cloaked in truth. It is evil. It is poison. He is the great deceiver. We shared the Gospel again, pointing him to Jesus. He asked us so many questions about the Bible and told us how appreciative he was that we talked tonight. Amazingly, we had never been to this restaraunt before or even heard of it. The only reason we went there was because I had been speaking at a college ministry a little ways away and we were both craving Mexican food! I love how God directs our steps!! Please pray for this man and his wife and three children! Praise God!
