Last night of Bootcamp today until the New Year. New Bootcamp course will start on Monday January 5th in the convent primary school at 7pm or 8pm. Thank you to all my bootcamp friends over the last year .Yee all make my job very easy , some great laughs and loads of weight loss and friendships made. I will be adding tips and exercises on our private page over the Christmas to keep yee on track plus we will meet up for a few walks in Mote Park to keep yee all moving. Looking forward to helping you all meet your fitness new years resolutions in 2015. Sinead
