Last night they took my grandma for a CAT scan & when she came out, she was wide awake for the first time in 24 hours. She has been awake ever since that time....talking, alert, agitated, but definitely out of her unresponsive condition. We just received the results from that CAT scan & those results were amazing....the bleed has stopped & it looks like she is going to pull through. PT will come in to evaluate her tomorrow & decide where she should be placed....either in a rehab facility or a nursing home. She will not be going back to the Alzheimers Memory Care facility. Thank everyone so much for the prayers, thoughts, calls, messages & support. Please continue to keep her in your prayers because its likely going to be a slow road to recovery.
