Last night was one of the rare visits from the ever-bizzy Tiplets. JTT has somewhat checked out with the costuming of Rah and Velvet for their upcoming Broadway debut, so The Mother has tried to take up the slack somewhat. I found this necessary when she was trying to locate a 70s LEISURE SUIT for a 40s era play. While most times I appreciate her ZFG motto, I thought it in the best interest of my grandtwatmuffs to intervene. Rah is too busy showing us her skills to bother with perusing the iPad in search of old lady clothes because apparently they dont show enough skin. JTT, while professing herself done with it, was being quite successful at getting me whatever you think, mom from Rah. Quite a fruitful discussion. So, last night I spent approximately four hours searching Amazon for 40s era looking dresses that would satisfy The Rah, a.k.a. THE STAR OF THE SHOW. My intent was to email her the findings, let her pick a few she could live with, and show those to the director for approval. Adding them to my wish list was easy, and I THOUGHT I was saving pix into a folder on my desktop. However, when I tried to email said pictures, I got freakin CHINESE writing all over the place and NO (let me repeat that) NOOOOOOOOOOOO pictures. To say I was a little frustrated at this point is a bit of an understatement, so I went to bed. Unfortunately, this morning the mailing is still in Chinese and I am heading to my wish list to shorten the list and try again. No BOOM. This one is a fizzle....................
