Last nights dinner went extremely well. Everyone enjoyed dinner and more importantly my Chèvre platter! I have the opportunity to make cheese and dairy products in my neighbors creamery to sell in her store but......it will be a big commitment. I dont want to overwhelm myself and I feel that I still have much to learn about making cheese. I want to concentrate on my soap and personal care products which is something I love doing. So Im thinking I may take this winter to practice my cheese making skills, continue to make my soap and come spring I will see where Im at. Luckily my neighbor is still in the process of building her creamery and store so I have some time yet. I feel blessed to have so many options and directions I can take all while doing things I love. I also want to start hosting classes over in the Bunkhouse, something Ive been dreaming about for a long time so I have a lot to do this winter to keep me busy. Sometimes my head spins from the many directions I want to go in. So one day at a time, deep breaths and practice!! Thanks everyone for your support and kind words always cheering me on. With you along side me I know I can do anything!! (Except ski. I can not ski!!)
