Last nights event at the Peasant And The Pea bed and breakfast . Raw cooking class hosted by Teresa Holoman and shes got some tasty treats tonight. We prepared all this in front of the crowd in under 2 hours and fed them. Thai lettuce wraps accompanied by a delightful , sweet and sour thai almond butter sauce , very easy to make . Moving on to a curry carrot coconut soup. followed by a pad thai sauce , and salad , tasty tasty ! Followed by best of all an island lime pie with a coconut macadamia crust . Yum yum delish !
