Last nights program at Afrikan Echoes was indeed a successful event. Baba Kaba Kamene AKA Booker T. Coleman, as usual, did not disappoint. Not only did he give a thorough presentation, he gave some strategies and suggestions to move our community forward. NO MORE EXCUSES! It is our responsibility to take this information and make it work for us. If not us, who? God willing we can continue this momentum and make Afrikan Echoes an institution that we take into the next 100 years and let it be an institution that is not only sustained by our younger generation but also influence other areas across the state and across the country to follow in our foot steps! Thanx to everyone that came out last night! New Jersey (and New York, specifically Brooklyn!!!) represented!!
