Last nights result was Snow 0 Snow Shield 1 !!! The biggest band of precipitation hit us just before midnight but it changed from snow to sleet between Corby and Peterborough due to the temperatures here being a fraction too high. Looks like there may have been the odd flake around 5:40am but we missed the rest. A few showers still drifting west to east today but very small and our chances of impact will be low. We now sit back and wait for this pretty horrible rain/wind storm to move through before returning to winter and increasing snow risk from Friday onwards into next week.
