I used only half of the pint and made adjustments on my other meals just to be safe. I cut the Quest Bar up and rolled them into small pieces and baked for roughly 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Ive seen a few people do this on my instagram feed, so shoutout to those who showed me this! It turns the Quest Bar into a crunchy cereal like texture. This was damn good, too! Keeping myself sane as Im 6 days out now!
