Last official Monday of the school year!! As this is my 13th graduation since coming to Newark, these are the students who were in kindergarten when I arrived. Where has the time gone??? All I know is I am looking forward to putting this year to bed. It is as true as ever that my favorite thing about working in education is that each year eventually comes to an end and the hope that next year will be better always looms in the distance (at least until October LOL)
