Last one worth mentioning.... My grandpa bought this truck brand new in 1959 and drove it for a few decades before giving it to my uncle. My uncle drove it a while then yanked the motor and rear end out of it for his 57 Chevy truck. The poor 59 sat lonely in a field from the mid-late 80s until it was given to me in late 99 at the age of 16. I hooked it up to the tractor and drug in to my moms house and ripped it all down to nothing but the frame. I started doing some body work to it and cleaned up 80% of the frame then got into racing ATV Motocross. 15 years later and joining the great group of LBRA... I found a bunch of really cool guys with the same passion as me and it resparked my drive to get this truck back to the way Ive ALWAYS visioned it to be. So spring of 2015, the truck will be making its 30 mile journey from my Moms to my house for the SLLLLOOOOWWW process of bringing my vision to life!!
