Last set of ab wheel roll outs tonight in Strength & Fitness Westside... had been feeling shit all day (coming down with something), but decided to go do a little arms and shoulders... then finished off with some roll outs! Using the lightest band here for assistance. Happy with the first 2-3 reps. The last 1-2 reps my hips started to pike up a little. These will be hard to master unassisted, but Im determined to get there ;-)
