Last snow update for the day: Crews will be extending clearing hours until 11 p.m. Now that the snow isnt falling, they are hoping to make a lot of headway - aiming to clear Priority 1 & 2 roads, and begin residential streets (Priority 3) as well. Our morning crew will begin at 3 am tomorrow to continue with residential streets, and additional crews/equipment will be dispatched to Downtown Penticton to clear Main/Martin Street stalls while theres no cars, and key parking lots. Once those are complete, then work will begin on bus stops and pull-outs. We want to take this opportunity to thank all our crews for all their hard work, and for your patience, Penticton, as we all dig out from the snow.
