Last week Boo started training to use a skateboard (yes you read that correctly!!) - this was her first time, and only a few days later she is still enjoying and progressing well! This is towards Boos Expert tricks title, and using shaping (and a teenie bit of luring) - theres always more then one method when training with a dog and handler and finding the way this suits each dog is the key!! Im really looking forward to seeing Boos progression (need to be 3/4 feet on skateboard to pass at this level)! Fun training indeed and a Boo is loving trying something new! Im currently (well about once a week when I can!!) training Merlin to find me keys as part of his Expert Tricks!
