Last week, Brookfield High School students raised 747 childrens books for the Reach Out and Read program through Akron Childrens Hospital. Four lucky teachers accepted a pie in the face for reaching the goal of 400 books ~ Mr. Reinsel, Mrs. Gardner, Mrs. Taylor and Mr. Stone! Teen Outreach Program coordinated the effort! A big THANK YOU from Mr. Stone to the Brookfield community for donating the books to make this possible!
