Last week I began working with my 32nd storytelling troupe! This one is comprised of fourth and fifth grade students. I always ask them why they decided to take part in this after school program and one answer stood out from the rest. She said, My sister took part in the program and I wanted to continue the legacy. That made my heart smile! This week I begin troupe number 33, comprised of sixth and seventh grade students, many of them are returning students from other years, a few have been with me since third grade. Feeling very lucky and blessed to have the opportunity to work with all of these amazing children.
