Last week I had to go in for a CEA test. Which is to see your cancer count in your blood. Every three months I have to have one. I was very blessed as five years ago I had a large cancerous tumor removed and they were surprised it wasnt in my liver as I had it quite awhile. But through the grace of God I survived not only with cancer but a pulmonary embolism in my lung from the surgery. That is why I feel so very blessed every day that life is so important to just be happy and to love and enjoy everyday. I dont think I really realized that quite the same as I do now. Last week I went again for this test. I found out today that my count was up 2 points from three months ago. Now I have to wait until tomorrow or Friday and see what the doctor wants to do. So Im hoping that the count can go up and down and its nothing. As I have read and heard it can. I was a little on the high side from what he wanted three months ago. I am not panicking but that word Cancer is awful word! Just praying it has not come back and trying to stay positive. Your prayers would sure be appreciated. They helped me before I know. Thank you!
