Last week, I met a woman whose husband had passed away on January 29th... they had been married 70 years... she was so sad.... and she had asked had I known if the cemetary would seed the area around her husbands stone because it was sandy and ugly... and their daughters live out west and would be coming home soon and had not seen his stone yet and she wanted it to look as nice as it could... I gave her some information, we hugged and talked about Maddi and her husband... a veteran... so today Rob, Carly, and I went and picked up grass seed and soil... and an American flag... since his veteran stone was lacking a flag also... and we went, in the rain and dug up the sand, replaced it with fresh soil and seeded it and placed an American flag next to his stone and attached a Maddi card in a ziploc bag....
