Last week, I sent an email to a certain business, to obtain any pics that they may have on the construction of Benmore Dam. They informed me, that yes they had and would forward to me in an attachment. I also made mention, that I had in my archive, original pics of Waitaki Dam being constructed which had not been released to the public. They got excited, when I said I was willing to send them copies for their records. This morning, I had an email from them, complete with a list of pics (small thumbnails) saying that for a one off price of $30 and a $10 fee for burning images to a disc and a further $20 for postage and handling, they would mail them. All I had to do was choose from the file what I didnt have and they would ensure that my choice would be sent right away. They also asked, when I would be forwarding, what I had to them, so they could keep an eye out and expect them. Well, for a one off price of $50 and a $10 burning fee, plus $20 for postage and handling, you can have the bastards. Please note, all my prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
