Last week I was supposed to receive a package delivered by USPS from a company called Sivana. I emailed them to tell them that I never received it. This is the reply I got... Hey Stacey, Unfortunately with the package marked as delivered there isnt anything that we can do to have the items re-shipped to you unless you made another purchase with us. Have you checked with people that live in your house and your neighbors yet? I do apologize about this situation but there is nothing that we can do on this end with the package marked as delivered. Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with :) Namaste -- I wrote again that I was very upset and never received this delivery. Hey Stacey, I would just like to confirm the address that we shipped your Red Tibetan Healing Bracelet to: 145 West Maple Ave Morrisville, PA 19067 Let me know, and we will have another one sent out to you ASAP :) Namaste Then another email, they want my phone number, and to once again ask anyone else in the house if they have it. Asked all the dogs, no one saw it...WTF Will never order from Sivana again. Not cheap either...
