Last week due to no shows. I re-enabled the credit card capture info for the online scheduling. It contains a memo stating to put the security number and billing zipcode in the online memo when scheduling. We had four ladies schedule this morning, three of which scheduled before I re-enabled the credit card capture. The fourth ignored the memo for the security number and billing zipcode. I tried repeatedly to call them this morning to let them know Miranda would be doing the massages. Their phones said they were unavailable for calls now. We will now be calling all new patients to confirm. If they dont include the info in the memo it will b our call if we honor the appt. (The website clearly states the needed info) Miranda did go in and sit for their appt. They did not show. This is a repeated bad problem any thoughts or suggestions from our family regulars would b appreciated.
