Last week for three nights in a row, PG & E was working on gas lines out side our home. They were jack hammering and making a lot of noise such as their bobcat beeping and beeping until 3:30 in the morning, needless to say, now I understand how sleep deprivation can be a valuable tool for our military, I was a zombie all week. I told them there was an ordinance for noise on the third night, they say they have to work on the gas lines at night because they risk putting the public in danger more in the day time because there is more traffic. I am so glad it is over now.
