Last week my family and I went on vacation to the beach. Little did my good friend and sorority sister, Kelly, know that her boyfriend Jake was going to pop the question. I put on my best touristy outfit and waited anxiously near the boardwalk. I pretended to be shooting the landscape while Jake and Kelly showed up. I thought my heart was going to beat out of my chest! I think I was as excited and nervous as Jake was! :) After the proposal I revealed myself and gave Kelly and tearful hug. We had a short impromptu shoot around the area (which I must say would make a gorgeous wedding venue). Later in the week we met back together and took a few pictures on the beach at dusk. Talk about romantic! Jake + Kelly, Thank you for the honor of allowing me to document this moment in your lives! I am beyond excited for you both to be taking this next step together.
