Last week my phone started acting cray cray. It was a busy week, trying to meet with clients before the holiday, getting ready for the Pot Luck Dinner and I seriously didnt have time to deal with it. I reached out to David Zahner who now works for Verizon and he totally blew me away with the most amazing service. He came to the office, called Verizon, bypassed the troubleshooting script for me, and had a new phone delivered the next day at lunch time. If youre shopping for deals on tablets and phones this holiday season, youll find no better service from anyone. David cares and he shows it in his amazing customer service. 5 stars!
