Last week saw the Year 7 House Danish Longball competition. This week will see Year 8 competing. Next week will be Year 9 and the following week Year 10/11. The Year 7 competition began with Pascal V Holmes. Holmes house turned out with 2 players less than Pascal but put up a valiant fight and set Pascal a score of 16 to win. Pascal just managed to reach the total in the last minute of their innings. In the other Semi-final Moore house steam rolled their way past Berners-Lee with kamikaze style longball. The final saw Pascal set Moore a massive score of 22 to reach in their 6 minute innings. Unbelievably Moore House continued their mad run at everything style and won with time to spare. In the third place play off Berners-Lee defeated an under par Holmes house very easily. So the scores so far: 1st Moore- 200 points 2nd Pascal- 150 points 3rd Berners-Lee 100 points 4th Holmes- 50 points Br Mr Boxall
