Last weekend I had the pleasure of taking a family to the grave of their great great uncle. It is believed it is the first visit of any family members to his final resting place. I was able to take them to the spot just outside of the village of Hulluch in France where Private Ralph Butteriss was in the trenches before the launch of a night trench raid which would ultimately take his life.
