Last weekend I was glutened at carluccios. Usually I would simply not go back somewhere but they have separate gf menus and have always been great in the past so I emailed head office.had a call back, they have taken it very seriously, have inspected the kitchens and observed the serving procedures. They are planning an extra training session next week. During our discussion, he realised the training goes over strict hygiene procedures but omits the effects of us having gluten. He asked how long symptoms lasted and understood how bad they were and is going to incorporate this. Think this would be great if other places could relay to staff so they understand we dont just feel a bit nauseous or whatever they think we make such a fuss about
