Last weekend saw us re-visit The Four Crosses in Cannock on Friday - TopicsExpress

Last weekend saw us re-visit The Four Crosses in Cannock on Friday and then one of regular haunts, Dudley Castle on Saturday. THE FOUR CROSSES - The bedrooms seemed to be the most active areas all night. We placed our motion sensors in an area that nobody went into and several times, on request, the alarm on them went off - almost, it seemed, in response to our questions! This same activity happened for two different groups. Unexplained noises were also reported in the bedroom areas and some weak contact was made on a Ouija board. Our medium picked up on a lady who believes has been seen looking out of the bedroom window. The final group in this area had some very interesting K2 and EMF readings. The Cellar area was quiet all night, with some planchette movement for most groups but little else of interest. The Restaurant area gave us a few things to think about; a tapping on the window, the sound of a door being banged and the shadows of feet being seen under the door. One group seemed to have a spirit following them around all night and on every contact experiment they tried, the same spirit communicated with them. All in all, not a bad night for our long-awaited return to The Four Crosses - thank you to everyone that joined us. DUDLEY CASTLE - The Grey Lady Tavern was the scene of a some interesting seances with a female called Alice and a Roundhead Soldier apparently communicating with the group. On two separate vigils, lights were seen coming from outside the tavern - everyone else was accounted for and the castle staff couldnt explain this either. The Undercroft gave us some unexplained noises, some interesting dowsing rod results and apparent contact with a kitchen maid from the 1500s (glass movement) One guest in this area had the back of her knee knocked by an unknown force and a table tipping experiment proved very interesting with the table spinning and tipping onto one leg. The spirit claimed to be John De Sommery and he was not impressed with Amy (Castle staff member) and didnt like her having the keys! At one point during the vigil, everyone reported an extreme drop in temperature. The Museum area was very quiet (unusually) all night. One female guest felt her bag being pulled down whilst standing in a circle, there was some, very weak, movement during a table tipping session and the planchette moved slightly on one occasion. Thank you to all of the guests that joined us at Dudley Castle as well. Photos will be uploaded later. Hope to see you all again!
