Last workout before surgery. In a few hours Ill be having my 2nd rotator cuff and biceps surgery this year. All you lifters out there, be careful. Do what you love but dont take undue risks. Warm up thoroughly. Use proper form. Save the max lifts for strategic times in your training cycles only. At 35, I am paying for the stupid things I did in my younger days of training. Be a beast, but remember.....predators use more skill and cunning than brute strength.
