Last year 2013, I had a new pool liner installed in my pool, the work was done my Barbi-Linn pool and the Vinyl liner was purchased from GLI POOL PRODUCTS. The work was done late in the year so the pool wasnt used that much before it was time for me to closed the pool down for the winter. As usual I drained the pool pool below the return lines, then I blew them out and then I sealed them off. It was a cold winter and as usual the water froze up in my pool (well as it did in everyone’s outdoor pool). Now it’s 2014 I had reopened my pool, filled the pool back to the skimmer liner and started it up, I started losing water, I had Ralph Scott Pools to come down and they found over 70 small holes in the deep end of my pool, at least a foot below the pool return lines, I contacted GLI POOL PRODUCTS as I have a pool warranty with them, and I told them the story and situation and I even sent them pics and a video of the holes that were patch in my pool, this is the response that they sent me. GLI SUPPORT: The damage to your liner is not a manufacturing defect. Honestly, it sounds like pest damage - more than likely termites. Thank You
