Last year I learned something AMAZING, (again), and now I am ready to share it with you! This can literally blow your mind ;) BRAINSPOTTING :) Brainspotting (BSP) is a simple and effective trauma release method which enables us to locate and treat various sorts of trauma or limiting thought patterns in our brain. During a Brainspotting session we create a safe frame with a help of identifying a body sensation caused by the memory of the trauma/issue, an eye position which correlates with the body sensation, and the focused, healing presence of the practitioner. This allows the body to activate it’s powerful self-healing abilities and to release the trauma from our system. Brainspotting is a flexible tool which can be used for example in cases of: -anxiety, restlessness -fear, phobia, panic -traumatic experience -lack of self-confidence or self-respect or other limiting thought patterns -anger, guilt -physical, mental or spiritual discomfort -psychosomatic pain and discomfort -to increase energy levels for example after a long sickness -to improve performance: study, presentation, sport… -to increase positive thoughts and quality of life, to become more conscious In my experience with Brainspotting the releasing of a trauma or an issue can happen in a few sessions, depending of the severity of the trauma.
