Last year in April, leading up to the 2013 General Elections in Malaysia, The Spacemen had the opportunity to document Karpal Singh’s political campaign trail in Penang. It was a great experience for the crew - Chris Lim, Jeremy Teo, Larry Chew, Charlie Morgan, and Adrian Yap. To be able to shadow one of Malaysia’s greatest ever politician and lawyer was a humbling experience to say the least. This video is a small tribute to a great man, through our eyes. The people loved him. He loved the people. And behind the public’s wall, he was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. On the 17th of April 2014, Malaysia lost its fiercest political warrior.
