Last year our car got keyed by a young man here in town....$3,000 damage. He was supposed to pay back our insurance deductible ($500) however, Stephens County Juvenile Court told us we most likely would not get any of it back because he didnt have a job, and they could not enforce anything. Well today I see he is working...... Im pretty sure he wont be paying any restitution;but how about an apology????? He never makes eye contact with me. An Im sorry for what I did would go a long way!!!
