Lastnights Chatham/Palestine show was a joy, intimate and engaging, veering into performance art waters at times. The encore dissolved into an on-stage discourse including a mild critique of the regimented rhythms of ExEiH (eloquently defended by that massive show off Nicholas) who played a terrific supporting set. I fetched Chatham from MCR airport and now wish Id had a recorder rolling for the journey as Id have a killer interview to transcribe right now, all bases covered from laffaire du coeur to 90s drum & bass.. Yet more props to Capsule. :-)
