Late 90s Chevrolet Z71 SUV. Dark green in color. Virginia plates: XAG-8301 horribly reckless driver. passing on double yellow (almost hitting oncoming traffic head on while doing so), tailgating (to the point where at least 3 cars, including me, pulled over and let him pass), speeding well over 90 mph in a 45 mph zone. trust me, I wasnt going to do anything at first because I realized he may have been in a rush, but he was in no rush. I pulled into Hess and he was there just smoking a cigarette. put this piece of shit away. there are too many people I love and care about on the roads to allow people to get away with driving like this. confronted him in Hess and publicly shamed him for driving the way he was. this is all the video I got of him.
