Late Night With George The Arrival of Miss Georgia Cameron - TopicsExpress

Late Night With George The Arrival of Miss Georgia Cameron Purvis The exquisite days of this June have been filled with the most beaufiul light, and the air has been cleansed of the lees of the dreadful winter, and even though it was a late spring, I think the seasons knew that a special light was on the way. Old Mother Nature must have known as well, because on this day, a special light was given to our world. When I awoke this mornng, I looked out the window and could see the beautiful rays of light beaming through the glass. I rubbed my toasty warm feet together and reached over and took a look at my emails just to see if if were friend or foe. Good news or bad news, and on this day it turned out to be glorious news. My neice Jenny had a brand new baby, and she is a beautiful healthy little girl. I am almost without words, and thrilled needs to find a new meaning if it is going to convey my true feelings on this God given event. Georgia Cameron Purvis decided to come on in the game around 9:30 this morning and from what I hear, she was not messing around about getting here. It took her about an hour and a half to make the journey, and I believe that she had heard that there were shoes on sale and she was ready to go shopping . Enough of this growing up and making her mother uncomfortable, lets get on with life. Miss Georgia Cameron will be a talker, and will have many preconcieved notions about how things get done. She will always be the light of the day, and the depth of the night, and the spark that glues us all together. She will be a practical child, and have the rare ability to balance the values of right and wrong, and will be the go to girl for anyone who ever needs a friend. We are all so blessed that we have her here now, and I personally have great plans for her. I promise here and now, and before her parents, that I will never make any attempt to make her rotten, or tell her that it is alright, when her parents have told her that it is not. I will not send her little thoughts along the way to ensure that she knows just what the world has to offer, and the best ways to get there. I promise and hope to die.... lol. If I am going to lie, please allow me to do this right here in public. I did speak with her grandmother McNeill just yesterday, and I feel that she also will do everything possible to avoid the rotten issue, and I am sure that her grandmother Purvis will also go right along with us. the child if doomed from the start. But do not forget, Georgia Cameron will have her own mind about how most anything goes, and as it is written, we will wither before her innate powers as the most precious thing we have ever seen. Wills grandmother was named Georgia, and as I am George, I have been advised by her mother that these names have bought the name of her daughter. Well, just so you know, Iam so proud that I cannot stand myself, and am beaming with joy. It is such a high honor for me, and I know that there is still a word that we have not come up with yet that can express my utter joy in knowing that I have been a part of this childs life. I would want her to know that I have always had a secret place to keep my light, and knowing that it is something that will always be there for her makes me putty in my own hands.... Georgia is such a grand old southen name, and when said with a elegant southen draw, it takes about an hour to get the whole name out of your mouth. It just goes on and on, and speaks volumes whenever it is spoken. When you add Cameron, which has been in our family for the last six generations, it truly takes just pure time to introduce yourself. I totally love that. I may never live to see all that she becomes, but know, I will always be there at every turn. She will be the light of the day, and just a pure joy to be around for the rest of her life. To Jenny and Will, My blessings are with you, and my prayers will have no end to the health and well being of this baby. Enjoy her now, for I believe that she will grow up really fast, and will amaze you with her brilliant mind. She is brand new, and is here for you to rear as the lady she will one day become, and when I do come up with words to express my appreciation for this high, and distinct honor, I will convey them to you in a mystical and glorious way. All of the love in the world..... George
