Late night chronicles of a foodie: After a long day and a nighttime gym session I had to get in the lab and make something easy, yet light, packed with protein and healthy. So after browning some turkey, throwing in some black beans, freshly chopped tomatoes, onions, minced garlic, assorted seasonings and a few other veggies my 5 Alarm Turkey Chili was complete. A healthy fat-free, protein and fiber filled dish perfect for a post gym meal. Seen below garnished with micro greens.
