Late night thoughts: Ignorance and stupidity are two of the (if not the) greatest evils in the world. We cant fix stupid but at least we can recognize it and hopefully be one step ahead of it. But ignorance and judgment go hand in hand. I think the scientific consensus is that moral behavior is learned - just the capacity to express it is innate - like our ability to learn to speak French or Spanish, for example. In that sense, there really is no such thing as good or evil. And if there is no universal moral code then there is nothing to accomplish by judging others - it just forms a negative feedback loop of people hating on each other for believing they are all holier than thou. ??
