Lately Brody has been obsessed with being a police officer when he grows up! Today we went to the sheriffs department to get Juds gun permit and Brody was so excited to see a police officer (I know sheriff but close enough). We walked in and Brody said to the first deputy he seen Hey my name Is Brody, Im three and I want to be a police officer when I grow up! The two sheriffs simply ignored him and then started talking about their personal lives! It made me so mad!! First of all anyone who ignores a three year old talking to them is rude! Second when we left he said the police were mean. I feel like as a police officer/sheriff/state trooper you should make children comfortable around you so they know to come to you if ever in trouble and it kind of hurt Brodys feelings!
