Lately, I noticed a few members here shared about their leaky situation... Allow me to share a bit of my experience... Not long ago, I noticed the leak too... Checked every part that could possibly causing the situation. As you can see in the BEFORE pix, I could hardly notice any problem there in the bowl... Sent my unit to Kuvings Malaysia for a checkup... Instantly the experienced experts there noticed a crack-line and upon applying pressure, the line is rather wide & deep! Now I can imagine during juicing, what pressure must have been there on that line! Learned from the experts these are common wear & tear for heavy user like me (juicing 3-4kg, daily for the last 400 days!)... Solution : a simple replacement and my silicon ring is brand new fresh - see AFTER pix! Thanks Kuvings Malaysia for the guidance! (y) When you remember to change your car tyres, do remember to send your juicer back to Kuvings experts for optimum maintenance care! ;-)
