Lately I’ve been inundated with requests to remove bees from gardens and peoples properties. Firstly, bee numbers across the world are in great decline which has alarming consequences for us. We rely on their hard work to pollinate our crops and wildflowers. Put basically, we need bees. If you are lucky enough to have bees living in your garden then well done, enjoy having them around, they need all the help you can give them. My mum has bees in her garden. They are highly reluctant to sting, don’t bother anyone and bring her a great deal of pleasure. They won’t damage your home, don’t swarm and you will be doing your bit for bee welfare and the environment. We have removed many of the old farm outbuildings and dead trees bees would naturally look to set up home. So save yourself £50 with ‘pest’ control company, Bees are our friends not pests, be Bee friendly and offer a home to bees, thank you.
