Lately it seems every other day I hear (on Facebook) of estate and letting agents, withholding peoples money and sometimes deposits, giving the good ones (cough) a bad name. Its hard enough as it is, make it easier on yourselves (and decent companies) and dont adopt practices that make people hate you! Surely the business sense in that is self explanatory. Here today, gone tomorrow attitude will only last so long. People when using an agent make sure they come highly recommended and you understand the their Terms & Conditions before paying any money over.
