Later this morning, Addie and I are headed to the Labor Day Picnic - TopicsExpress

Later this morning, Addie and I are headed to the Labor Day Picnic in Casper at the Iron Workers Hall - and I hope youll join us at 344 N. Walsh Dr. I was born on Labor Day in 1955. For my family and me, this day has always had additional significance - even more so for Mom. I married Addie in April of 1980, graduated from Northern Arizona University in May of 1980, and began my career with the AT&T Bell System Management Development Program in September of 1980. While I worked my entire professional career in management, I consistently learned much more from those who worked for me, than I taught them. I realized that the person closest to the customer, most often, best understands what needs to be done. For those we serve, it is the worker in the trenches who make the real difference. I have consistently been blessed with great teams. Labor Day marks the opportunity to fondly remember those with whom I have been so lucky to be associated. Years of experience have proved that great results come from the bottom up. Thanks to the many who have done so much.
