Latest 3d-paintover. Was watching a John Sweeney gumroad tutorial on 3d paint-overs which maintained a painterly feel and I think I succeeded in making a nice paint-over but failed miserably in keeping it loose - dammit I need to figure out how to loosen up. Trust me, from experience, no one likes a painting that looks crisp and 3d/photographic. People want brush work, whether theyre artists or just art fans. Will post anim gifs of progress below (both the 3d and the 2d). And, finally, for those who want to follow me: https://facebook/andywalshart Annoyingly, I made a facebook group for my art so I could hopefully post on LevelUp from that account, get followers and thus stop feeling guilty having to refuse a dozen friend requests every time I post - but I cant post on LevelUp from that group!! annoying.
